Return and Refund Policy

  1. We guarantee live delivery. This guarantee however no longer stands if the buyer is absence from receiving the fish over 24 hours, seller will not responsible for any loss from you.
    • unable to deliver the consignment  due  to addressee not around at time of delivery     
    • postal error
    • failed to collect the consignment from the processing(courier) office.
  2. If the livestock received was dead, a clear photo is requested send to petssmile@petssmile.com.my within 24 hours as evidence. Replacement of the equivalent quality fish will be shipped within 3 working days or refundable made. However, We do not responsible for any dead stock after unpacking the livestock or misconduct from buyer.
    For Foreign Country except Singapore, refundable made only instead replacement of the equivalent quality fish.
  3. For replacement fish: Buyer has to responsible for the postage fee.
  4. For Refundable: Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Please understand that this is to help us against fraud. 
  5. If the goods received do not match your order, please immediately contact our administrator via email : petssmile@petssmile.com.my, and we will make a reasonable compensation.
