Delivery Information

1. All your READY STOCK purchased items will be delivered within 3 working days (Malaysia only, exclusive weekend and public holidays) after we received your payment.
   •  ***Note: Bank will take 1-2 days to proceed your transaction payment (Floating period) for different dedicated bank.
   • Shipping date for foreign country will be based on transhipper shipping schedule.
     
      
2. Please do revert to us if your purchased items still not received after 2 working days (started counting from the delivery day) due to unexpected delay issues from the courier service provider. Therefore, we will follow up for you.
   • ***Note: A delivery notification & track code email will be sent to customer once the stock is shipped out.
     
      
3. All listed price is not included postage fee. Postage fee will be fully absorbed by buyer.
    
4. MALAYSIA (Betta)
   The Shipping fees delivery by  within Malaysia (Styrofoam Box Packaging)  as following:

   	West Malaysia	East Malaysia
   1 piece	RM 10	RM 15
   2 pieces	RM 12	RM 17
   3~4 pieces	RM 14	RM 19

   
   For subsequent every 4 fishes will charge additional RM 8 for West Malaysia and RM 12 for East Malaysia.

   East Malaysia= RM25/piece

   The Shipping Fee to Singapore(Styrofoam Box Packaging):
   Door to Door Service
   1~4 pieces =RM50 (~SGD 19.5)
   For subsequent fish will charge additional RM6 (~SGD 2.40) each.
   Note: Hand carry by our authorise person
